I like the international production environment and the option to build my career within various disciplines. With the help of my manager, I have already changed role and environment. Having an inspiring manager who can teach me something is of great value to me. I take the time to analyze the demands and wishes of our customers. Subsequently, it is necessary to decide upon the next steps to be taken. These next steps should be in line with the goals of both our customers and our business. After setting these next steps, “fulfillment” is equally or even more important.
