Expancel® microspheres have already worked their magic in many different industries. 

They’re used for applications such as injection-moulded PVC soles for footwear, printing ink, explosives, paper and board. And you can also use them to make tennis balls, artificial marble, wine bottle corks and even filler for vehicle bodies and boats.

Expancel® microspheres are available in two different forms – unexpanded and expanded. Depending on which you choose, they can:
• act as a blowing agent or lightweight filler
• improve applicability or surface finish
• increase durability while reducing weight.
