A Magazine

Issue eight of AkzoNobel’s A Magazine has just been published, with the latest edition focusing on the theme of leadership and inspiration.
Featuring a welcome message by Tex Gunning, the company’s Executive Committee member responsible for Decorative Paints (who also talks about his leadership philosophy), the magazine includes interviews with head of the Oxford Leadership Academy, Brian Bacon, and influential architect Bill McDonough.
Elsewhere, there’s a look at the heroic stories to emerge from the plight of the trapped Chilean miners and a glimpse at art and inspiration, while two interviews with a progressive rock artist and a soul singer offer fascinating insights into what influences their songwriting.
A Magazine has won several awards since being launched in 2008, including a European Excellence Award, a coveted bronze ADC Cube and a SABRE Award Certificate of Excellence. It is available via a free subscription. Digital versions are also available for download.
