Graduate Development Program
We want you to lead our business in the future. So it makes sense for us to help you reach your full potential. The Graduate Development Program is for our recent graduates that show strong leadership potential. Therefore, we ask our HR Managers and Line Managers from across AkzoNobel’s Business Units to nominate recent graduates on to the Program.
The AkzoNobel Graduate Development Program has four main aims:
- to foster a sense of belonging to the wider AkzoNobel business
- to provide structured development and help you understand the importance of our company values in your performance
- to let you learn from experienced people and enhance your business knowledge
- to help you build up a broad network of contacts across the company through meeting other graduate recruits and senior managers
It’s a hands-on, practical program that develops your management and team-working skills. As well as structured training, you’ll be supported by your line manager and have plenty of chances to put what you learn into practice.
You’ll also have lots of support from the Graduate Recruitment & Development Team, the Buddy Scheme, a mentor or business sponsor relationship and the Graduate Network Committee.
