Responsibility
•Responsible for local order desk for CS2 purchase/sales in Asia Pacific
•Support Sales & Marketing Manager AP for the sourcing plan by updating the demand & availability forecast , with cooperation with Sales Mangers in Japan/Australia
•Manage the CS2 laden/empty tanks movements timely& accurately, with coordination from 3PLs/Colleagues in both PoL/PoD
•Negotiate for new rates/contracts with Shipping lines/3PLs whenever have new routes/projects
•Trace 3PLs’ performance efficiently to seek improvement in both services and cost, with coordination from 3PLs/Colleagues in both PoL/PoD
•Maintain the HSE&S compliance in related operations, as required by ISO standards and AkzoNobel policy, with coordination from HSE department and 3PLs/Colleagues in PoL/PoD
•Coordinate with Accounting Center to complete foreign currency payment/ receivables collection (etc.) timely & accurately;
•Keep SAP records timely & accurately;
Job requirements / Candidate profile
•Business background preferred,
•Bachelor or above
•5+ years experience in Logistic in Multi-national company, and working experience in Shipping Lines/3PL preferred
•Good computer skills and fluent written & spoken English
Other Special Comments:
•Good communication skills;
•Ability to work independently, but also good team-player
•Details-oriented and result-driven;
•Good time management skills.
