Responsibility
•Processing sales orders by coordinating with planning, transport people and others of appropriate sites for best order fulfilment.
•Take care that procedures and rules in place within AN Functional Chemicals.
•Create sample orders upon request of sales/technical management.
•Manage and follow up on the availability of fleet with logistic and customers.
•Check completeness of sales orders regarding transport and/or billing blocks, etc.
•Check and maintain customer master data in SAP providing proper and updated information on customer data.
•Register customer complaints in OFI system in agreement with the corresponding sales manager. Proactively coordinate follow-up of complaint according to sales manager’s instructions in order to assure a timely and correct response to the customer.
Job requirements / Candidate profile
•Education: Bachelor level of working and thinking
•Competences: Excellent communication skills, Customer focused and result oriented, Team player, accurate working, able to deal with stress and set the correct priorities
•Knowledge: SAP knowledge, preferably in Sales & Distribution Fluent
•Language: Fluent in English
