A new eco-premium solution for Laminated Beams
Ten years after inventing the separate melamine system for laminated beams, we are introducing the latest generation. This new system offers high speed and flexibility for long assembly times.
As the leading chemical company on the Dow Jones Sustainability Index, we are committed to introducing new systems with increased environmental benefits. We call these systems Eco-premium solutions to emphasise the clear ecological advantages over the mainstream solutions on the market. 1257/7557 is an Eco-premium solution that fulfills all relevant ecological criteria, from its production in our facilities to its end use at our customer’s plants.
Here are some of the improvements we have made:
• Reduced amount of released VOC
• Reduced use of fresh water
• Reduced energy consumption
• Reduced carbon footprint (CO2 release)
• Reduced use of harmful material
Our European approval from the Otto-Graf- Institut (MPA) in Stuttgart covers the ratio from 100:20 to 100:100, making this system suitable. Ten years after inventing the separate melamine system for laminated beams, we are introducing the latest generation. This new system offers high speed and flexibility for long assembly times.for the production of both stock beams and construction beams. The new system allows for longer assembly times at lower glue spreads, increasing efficiency over all other solutions available on the market today. When used together with Forward Integra-tion, the gluing process optimizer, 1257/7557 will increase safety margins when producing beams and simplify production settings.
Forward Integration – the gluing process optimizer
By only giving the assembly time needed for the next batch our Forward Integration will optimize your gluing process. The temperature of all the material to be glued is measured and all the settings are calculated in real time just before gluing.
Our latest version includes many new features, including:
• The glue amount optimizer – with flexible adjustments
• The presstime optimizer – with presstime-on-demand
• The gluing safety guard – with process value alarms
Casco Glue Log
When producing laminated beams, the demands on quality control and the amount of data that must be stored are continually increasing. Casco Glue Log, our quality control system, assists you in collecting all the production data from the gluing procedure. The data can be processed further with standard calculation software just by using an easy copy-and-paste function.Contact usPlease contact us or any of our salespersons to learn more about our new melamine system 1257/7557, and all the benefits that Forward Integration and Casco Glue Log have to offer for your production.
