BoardModel™

Production of low emission wood based panels requires improved process control as the allowed process widows becomes narrower. This has created a need for real time quality control systems. BoardModel^™ is such a system based on process models that use near infrared spectroscopy for determining wood or product properties and process tags to read process state.

Calibration of the system can be made in different modes like: mechanical properties of wood based panel, emission properties of finished products, wood chips moisture process state monitoring.
