Quality Policy
In pursuit of business excellence, it is the responsibility of everyone at Akzo Nobel Coatings Inc. - Columbus and Birmingham - to provide only quality products and services to all customers, both internal and external.
We will develop and continually improve systems, processes, and personnel through the use of Lean/Six Sigma, Business Improvement System (BIS) tools, and based on the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard in order to meet or exceed our customers' needs, requirements, and expectations.
