ACRA-BOND® 611
Designed to bring the advantages of paint to the anodized market
ACRA-BOND® 611 is the newest member of the AkzoNobel family of high performance coatings for the aluminum extrusion industry. It is specifically formulated to meet all of the requirements of AAMA 611, with the exception of abrasion resistance.
There is now an option for those that desire the qualities of a high performance painted finish with the look of anodized. A factory applied painted finish gives you extra benefits that anodized can't match, such as field repairability and color consistency from part to part as well as batch to batch. It will also give you highly desirable qualities of mortar resistance and chemical resistance.
