We believe that all employees have expertise that can be nurtured and developed. The Development Dialog program was launched in 2007 to do just that.

We want to secure our future by developing the leaders of tomorrow, today. To do this, we’ve implemented Leadership Talent Reviews at all levels in the company, supported by Executive and Management Development programs.
