To that end, AkzoNobel has one of the most comprehensive product and process optimization programs in place, combining advanced analytical instrumentation with specialist expertise in chelate synthesis. Our focus is on improving quality, optimizing yields, reducing waste, and increasing capacity, and we have specialized groups for solids handling and separation techniques.
Pilot facilities help us study processes in more detail and simulate real conditions as closely as possible. We also have special facilities for crystallization, nanofiltration, spray drying and distillation. We use a special laboratory for safety research and make regular use of the AkzoNobel Corrosion Center. These facilities are all designed to safeguard our processes and improve them wherever possible. The result is a better chelate that performs as expected, every time.
