For Valentine’s Day, all AkzoNobel employees worldwide are being asked to consider sharing their hearts and giving their Valentine’s gift to … our Education Fund! The Fund – which celebrated its fifteenth anniversary this year – is supporting a project, called Created More Colorful Futures, to improve the life chances and job opportunities of girls in Brazil, India and Vietnam. The AkzoNobel Education Fund and Plan International (Netherlands) declared their love for each other over 15 years ago and have been solid partners ever since, raising funds to create a better future for girls and boys in developing countries worldwide; in short, ‘Creating More Colorful Futures’.

This year, in celebration of this partnership, we will be organizing a variety of fundraising events – and this Valentine’s Day, we are hoping to get your support. You – and your family and friends – can contribute to the campaign by making donations or raising money through sponsored activities.
