Our global Cellulosic Specialties business has a unique technology base and experience of water-soluble cellulose derivatives, with more than 50 years of development, manufacturing and sales of these products. Small additives that make a difference in our customers' products/applications.

Today, our customers can be found in more than 80 countries. The combination of a multinational group’s large resources and a small company’s close proximity to its customers has given us a unique position. The main areas of application are additives in waterborne paint (as thickeners, stabilizers and water retaining agents), in building products (to retain water and increase adhesion in cement) and in food & health care.

Our well-known product tradenames include AKUCELL®, BERMOCOLL®, BERMODOL®, DEPRAMIN®, PERIDUR®, GABROIL™, GABROSA™ and STAFLO®.
