Trimethylaluminum (TMAl SOLAR)

We have developed new technology for the production of high purity trimethylaluminum (TMAl), which is used by solar cell manufacturers to create an aluminum oxide passivation layer to increase efficiency of solar cells.

TMAL SOLAR has proven performance in ALD and PECVD processes used in the solar industry. It offers a cost-effective alternative to the ultra-pure trimethylaluminum used in the semiconductor industry. Not to forget it's superior performance over industrial grade trimethyaluminum used in the plastics industry. The extra purification step of our trimethylaluminum guarantees consistent, high quality solar materials.

Diethylzinc (DEZn TCO)

In addition we supply high purity diethylzinc (DEZn) for thin film solar cells. Marketed under the name of DEZn TCO, the product is used as ZnO precursor by thin film solar cell manufacturers to create the all-important TCO (transparent conductive oxide) layer.
