Coil coating is arguably the most effective method used to coat metal substrates. The roll coating application process results in consistent, high-quality protection and decoration of metal substrates. And very little paint ends up in the air, so it is inherently more eco-efficient than spray application.

Coil coated products are commonly used in many other less obvious market areas including electronics, filing cabinets, light fittings, bake ware and Venetian blinds. Truck trailer bodies are almost entirely manufactured using pre-painted aluminum strip. Even the decorative stripes can be coil applied. Using an engraving process, coil coaters can even imprint coiled steel to look like wood for garage and entry door applications.
