  • Volunteers Complete Boat Restoration Project

    A team of 24 employees from International’s Yacht Paint business, based at Felling, UK has completed the restoration of a catamaran for the Calvert Trust (http://www.calvert-trust.org.uk). The boat will give people with disabilities unique access to the joys of sailing.

  • AkzoNobel CEO Presents Prestigious Employee Innovation Award at UK Site

    The CEO of AkzoNobel made a special visit to the company’s Felling, UK site to present the prestigious “Tomorrow’s Answers Today” employee innovation award to a team from the company’s International Paint business who worked with colleagues from AkzoNobel’s site in Gothenburg, Sweden to develop an improved version of an environmentally friendly marine coating.

  • Coating India’s First Formula-1 Grand Prix Circuit
    25 August 2011

    International Paint has supplied its Protective Coatings to the Buddh International Circuit, India’s first-ever Formula-1 Grand Prix circuit, which will host the inaugural Indian Formula 1 race on October 30th. International® products were chosen to paint the steel structure covering the Grand Stand, consisting of 1,200 tonnes of steel and a total surface area of 30,000 square metres.
