Coating India’s First Formula-1 Grand Prix Circuit

International Paint has supplied its Protective Coatings to the Buddh International Circuit, India’s first-ever Formula-1 Grand Prix circuit, which will host the inaugural Indian Formula 1 race on October 30th.
Buddh International Circuit in New Delhi has been designed by globally renowned German architect Hermann Tilke. The track spans 5.5 km in length and has been designed as one of the fastest and most exciting circuits in the world. The Buddh International Circuit will now be the second-fastest* on the calendar after Monza F1 circuit in Italy.
International® products were chosen to paint the steel structure covering the Grand Stand, consisting of 1,200 tonnes of steel and a total surface area of 30,000 square metres.
