The majority of the former ICI's actitivities have now been integrated into AkzoNobel, while its Adhesives and Electronic Materials businesses were sold to Henkel in April 2008 and the Specialty Starch business will also be sold.

Former ICI Shareholder Information
Akzo Nobel N.V. has recently appointed ProSearch, a specialist tracing company, to help find and assist those former shareholders who have yet to claim their outstanding entitlement of £6.70 per ICI share.
