It is with pleasure that we invite you to participate in the AkzoNobel Masterclass 2013, which will be held on Monday, May 13 and Tuesday, May 14, next.
The program

The Masterclass takes place over two full days of in depth acquaintance with our people, sites, markets and company culture. Above all, you’ll work closely with others and will be challenged to demonstrate your ideas, skills and competence.
It’s a great opportunity to experience our dynamic, global environment and to meet and greet our AkzoNobel employees. And after two days you’ll understand why AkzoNobel is the world’s leading supplier of paints and coatings, and a key global supplier of specialty chemicals.
Your profile
At AkzoNobel we’re looking for people who have ideas about what tomorrow should look like, along with the energy and determination to make those ideas happen.
As well as being highly proficient in your field of study, you should also possess qualities and values that we regard as being important, such as social skills, entrepreneurial behavior, result orientation and team spirit. You should be a Master student in chemistry, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, advanced technology, industrial engineering, economics, finance, (technical) business administration or international business, graduating no later than December 2014.
Application
You can apply now. But be quick, the deadline for registrations is April 11 2013. You are required to upload your list of grades, résumé, motivation letter and a passport picture .
Selection
The selection procedure is comprised of three rounds:
Round 1: Selection, based on your online application – your list of grades, résumé and motivation letter. Our recruiters will evaluate all applications in week 15. During the same week, an e-mail will be sent informing you if you have successfully made it through to the next round.
Round 2: Cognitive assessment in the form of three online tests. This will take place in week 16. If you successfully finished the tests, you will be invited for the next round.
Round 3: Interview with one of our recruiters. This will take place at our Arnhem site on week 17.
