Program
Each year AkzoNobel organizes the Masterclass, a business course for Master students in the last phase of their studies. It is the chance for you to get acquainted with our company. During two full days you will be able to experience the dynamic and international environment where our people thrive and feel at home.
We will challenge you to demonstrate your specialist knowledge, business insight and communication skills. There will also be plenty of time to network with senior management and young colleagues who recently graduated.
In 2012, the AkzoNobel Masterclass will take place on May 14th and 15th.
Your profile
As well as being highly proficient in your field of study, you should also possess qualities and values which we regard as being important, such as social skills, entrepreneurial behavior, result orientation and team spirit. You should be a master student in chemistry, chemical engineering, advanced technology, industrial engineering, economics, (technical) business administration or international business.

Selection
The selection procedure is comprised of three rounds:
Round 1: Selection, based on your online application – your list of grades, résumé and motivation letter.
Round 2: Online capacity test.
Round 3: Interview with one of our recruiters.
