Raad van Commissarissen AkzoNobel Nederland
AkzoNobel’s activities are grouped into business units operating in three business areas: Performance Coatings, Decorative Paints, and Specialty Chemicals.
The business units have a large degree of independence within the strategic framework of the company and report directly to the Board of Management.
In a number of countries there are also national organizations or agencies that coordinate the activities. AkzoNobel Nederland for instance has its own Board and Supervisory Board.
