Our Labor Agreements
Our success depends on our employees. That success is directly related to their qualities, initiative and dedication. It is very much in our interest to be and remain an attractive employer for current and future employees.
Our Human Resources policy aims to enable individual employees to make the most of their talents. A good Human Resources policy is a combination of good search and selection procedures (the right person in the right place), challenging assignments, appropriate financial rewards, training opportunities, career counseling and a pleasant work environment. And of course a modern and attractive package of employment conditions permitting individual choices.
What are the employment conditions we can offer you? Which employment conditions suit your personal circumstances? The brochures ‘Employment Conditions at AkzoNobel' and 'AkzoNobel Compensation Plan' (see below) are intended to answer these questions.
Below you will also find a paymentspecification that our Dutch employees receive every month. This fictitious example clarifies the lay-out of the paymentspecification.
Our employment conditions have largely been defined in consultation with labor unions. The agreements that have been made are recorded in a number of different collective labor agreements (CAO’s) and elsewhere.
