Ali A Aga

Ali A Aga is an Executive Director on the Board of ICI Pakistan Ltd and the Vice President of Soda Ash Business.  He started his career as a Management Trainee with ICI in 1981 and has over 30 years of multi industry experience in a wide range of management positions in Marketing, Operations, Business Strategy, Human Resource, and General Management both in ICI Pakistan and outside.  Prior to his current assignment he was General Manager Human Resource, Corporate Communications & Public Affairs for the ICI Group in Pakistan and also served as Director on the Board of Pakistan PTA Ltd.

Appointed to the Board of Directors of ICI Pakistan Limited in January 2009 he is also is also a Director on the Board of ICI Pakistan PowerGen Limited.

Ali holds an MBA degree with double majors in Marketing and Operations Management and a Bachelors in Chemical Engineering. Ali has attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School and has been actively involved in training and development during his career. He has served as a Director on the Board of Pakistan Society for Training & Development and is also engaged in volunteer work in the field of education.
