Minimum Selection Criteria
Selection Process
First Round: Aptitude testing centers are set-up at the time of recruitment.
Second Round: This involves an interview with Senior Management, where further short listing takes place.
Third Round: This is the last round of the process. Short listed candidates are scheduled for a final interview with members of our Executive Management Team. After the interview, the chosen candidates are offered the position.
Note: Please note that applications to the Commercial Trainee program enter a talent database. Candidates meeting minimum criteria and job requirements will be invited for assessments as and when vacancies arise during the year.
