Minimum Selection Criteria
Selection Process
First Round: Testing is conducted at the office site. Candidates that clear these tests are moved up to the Second Round.
Second Round: This is the last round of the process. Our Senior Management interviews the qualified candidates. After the interview, the chosen candidates are offered the position.
Note: Please note that applications to the Financial Trainee program enter a talent database. Candidates meeting minimum criteria and job requirements will be invited for assessments as and when vacancies arise during the year.
