How to apply

Minimum Selection Criteria

• Masters degree from a reputed university (Graduating class of 2012)

• Bachelor in Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (Graduating class of 2012)

• Candidates must be below 28 years of age

Selection Process

• First Round: Aptitude testing centers are set-up at the time of recruitment.

• Second Round: Group Discussions that take place with other applicants. 

• Third Round: This involves an interview with Senior Management, where further shortlisting takes place.

• Fourth Round: This is the last round of the process. Shortlisted candidates are scheduled for a final interview with members of our Executive Management Team. After the interview, the chosen candidates are offered the position.
