How to apply
Minimum Selection Criteria
Masters degree from a reputed university (Graduating class of 2012)
Bachelor in Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (Graduating class of 2012)
Candidates must be below 28 years of age
First Round: Aptitude testing centers are set-up at the time of recruitment.
Second Round: Group Discussions that take place with other applicants.
Third Round: This involves an interview with Senior Management, where further shortlisting takes place.
Fourth Round: This is the last round of the process. Shortlisted candidates are scheduled for a final interview with members of our Executive Management Team. After the interview, the chosen candidates are offered the position.
