IT Trainee Program

IT plays a huge part in almost every area of business. Our Information Systems team has to implement, improve and manage our IT systems, making sure they work properly, and fixing any problems swiftly.

In the two-year program you’ll deal with internal customers across our businesses and could be involved in designing, developing, implementing and maintaining systems in areas such as Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance.

But it’s more than just technical know-how – a career in IT needs good communication skills so that you can discuss issues with both technical and non-technical colleagues in a clear way, and in turn understand more about their businesses.

How to apply  

Minimum Selection Criteria

• Undergraduate in IT and Computer Sciences from a reputed college/university
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 
• Candidates must be below 26 years of age

Selection Process

First Round:            

Testing centers are set-up at the time of recruitment. 

Second Round:            

Group Discussions that take place with other applicants.   

Third Round:            

Interviews with senior management 

Fourth Round:

Interviews with the members of the executive management team of the Company
