Trainee Engineer Program

You might find yourself working on manufacturing operations as part of a team, or getting involved in Supply Chain projects. You’ll definitely find your responsibilities increase as you grow into the role.
This is an 18-month program, which offers fresh Engineering undergraduates exposure to advanced technology and applied learning in the fields of electrical, mechanical and chemical engineering.

How to apply
Minimum Selection Criteria
- Undergraduate degrees in electrical, mechanical and chemical engineering from a reputed college/university.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Candidates must be below 26 years of age
Selection Process
First Round:
Testing centers are set-up at the time of recruitment.
Second Round:
Group Discussions that take place with other applicants.
Third Round:
Interviews with senior management
Fourth Round:
Interviews with the members of the executive management team of the Company
