Our Code of Conduct

 

We have always had a strong sense of business principles and high ethical standards for conducting our business. Our business principles and ethical standards were initially set down in the ICI Pakistan Code of Conduct. In view of our acquisition by AkzoNobel in January 2008, the Code was revised to bring it in line with the code of conduct of AkzoNobel. The revised Code was approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 23 October 2008.
