Chairman & CE’s HSE Trophy
At the beginning of the year every Site develops HSE Improvement Plan by setting KPIs. Corporate HSE Function carries out year-end audits of these plans for each business and assesses the performance of each Business’s HSE Improvement Plan against KPIs. On overall good performance Site is awarded with “Chief Executive’s Manufacturing Businesses HSE Award (Trophy) to the winner and a Merit Certificate to the runner up.

CE’s HSE Awards
At Corporate level there are two types of individual Awards:
Chief Executive’s Best HSE&S Initiative Awards are given to the individuals on the improvement made for reducing a risk/hazard in a specific section/area of working at a site/location/office/warehouse, after raising a Learning Event(s).
Injury Free Award is also an individual award which is given to all full time employees, supervised and independent contractors on the completion of a Reportable Injury Free year.
