Crosslinking Peroxides
Trigonox, Perkadox
We are the world's largest producer of organic peroxides for the crosslinking of elastomers, silicone rubbers and thermoplastics. Our products are, for example, used in the production of PEX-a pipes and tubes and XLPE power cables.
We cover classes such as diacyl peroxides, peroxyesters, dialkyl peroxides, peroxyketals and peroxymonocarbonates.

Superior physical properties with peroxide curing
Our Trigonox® and Perkadox® organic peroxides are a necessary and vital component in the manufacture of elastomeric products. Automotive parts, golf ball cores, footwear soles, adhesive tapes, wire & cable and foamed products (rubber or thermoplastic) are examples of everyday products that use our organic peroxides. Compared to sulfur vulcanization, organic peroxide cured elastomers exhibit superior physical properties such as low compression set, improved heat resistance, and rapid vulcanization without reversion.
Advice about peroxide crosslinking
The right choice of crosslinking peroxide depends on the processing conditions and the type of polymers. As the process of crosslinking covers a wide range of application areas and curing temperatures, please contact us for individual advice related to your specific requirements.
We also offer a broad range of rubber additives for the elastomer market.
