The Purate chlorine dioxide (ClO2) process is simple, reliable and most importantly safe. As you can see from the process flow diagram, the elegance of the process is its simplicity in design. This "just in time" ClO2 process never has more than about 8 grams of pure ClO2 in the system at any given moment. This gas is then educted by the venturi action into an aqueous stream where it is stabilized. Two key process varibles are monitored on every model generator to ensure the process is carried out in a safe manner.
