Venezuelan meatloaf

Ingredients:
- 70 gr bread crumbs soaked in milk
- 500 gr minced beef
- 1 chopped peeled tomato
- 1 finely copped onion
- 15 gr chopped parsley
- 30 gr grated cheese
- 2 beaten eggs
- 5 gr salt flakes (JOZO® Flakes)
- Pepper
- nutmeg
- 50 gr flour
Sauce:
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 100 ml oil
- 2 chopped peeled tomatoes
- 15 gr chopped mixed herbs
- 60 ml beef stock
Preparation:
Push the soaked bread crumbs through a sieve until dry. Mix the minced beef, the bread crumbs, parsley, grated cheese, eggs, salt, pepper and nutmeg well together. Form the mixture into a loaf shape, sprinkle some flour on it and put to the side. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the chopped onion until softened. Add the tomatoes, herbs and stock and leave to boil softly for 5 minutes. Add the meatloaf to the sauce, put a lid on the pan and simmer for 1 hour. Serve the meatloaf in sliced with sauce on top.
