We specialize in managing capital projects that typically involve substantial investments (up to €100 million). These may be new or extensions of existing assets. However, we also manage plant closure projects, decommissioning, demolition and soil remediation. We design and build processing facilities in a variety of industries from specialty chemicals through fibers, performance coatings and pharmaceuticals to power plants.
Once investment plans are approved, we help ensure that financial commitments and schedules are met, and manage capital expenditure for maximum return on investment.
