We’re experts at managing projects as lead engineers, bringing in third-party subcontractors to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget. Very often we participate in the principal’s project team, hiring in an EPCM contractor, but occasionally we take that role ourselves – to keep our experience up to date and to train people. We have all the necessary disciplines in house and we know where to find the best partners.
