The leaders of our primary business segments enjoy the autonomy to run their businesses with significant freedom to make timely decisions to benefit their customers.  This is balanced with a direct reporting relationship to our Business Unit Managing Director to ensure the BU strategy, mission and values are enforced.  

But the businesses don't operate in a vacuum.  In many regions, our business sectors share manufacturing, research and administrative facilities to achieve economies of scale, and capitalize on shared synergies.
