Remuneration Committee

The role and responsibilities of the Remuneration Committee 

The Remuneration Committee reports to the Supervisory Board and is responsible for the drafting and adoption of our remuneration policies.

The Remuneration Committee’s responsibilities include:

  • drafting the proposal for the remuneration policies to be followed
  • proposing the remuneration of  individual members of the Board of Management and/or the Executive Committee to the Supervisory Board.

 The tasks and responsibilities of the Remuneration Committee are described in full in its charter, which is part of the Rules of Procedure of the Supervisory Board.
