Kajsa, 28, graduated with an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology in her native Sweden, and she also studied Business Strategy in Mexico. Kajsa started as Project Manager, creating a new international distribution strategy for AkzoNobel's multi-purpose additive Expancel. She traveled around the globe to understand how best to combine global effectiveness with local responsiveness. Since then, Kajsa has managed a change-improvement program for the Nordic Customer Service team within Marine & Protective Coatings, and has delivered a strategic outlook for one of the business segments within Surface Chemistry.
