Responsibility

- Set up and maintain site process safety management system.
- Monitor and ensure the implementation of site process safety management system is on right track.
- Lead of various kind process safety risk assessment or workshop
- Technical lead of process safety incident.
- Promote site process safety culture. Provide process safety service, like training etc, with strong process safety expertise.
- Act as expert of emergency response management, e.g. scenario identification, response plan making, emergency capability building, facilities optimization, drill and improvement.

Job requirements/Candidate profile

- Bachelor degree preferred in chemical or chemicals engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the discipline of chemical plant operation, HSE or technical engineering in a multinational company.
- Preferred 2 years working experience of process safety management.
- Good English skill both speaking and writing.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good skill of coordination and planning.
- Strong ability to drive the follow-up and improvement.
