Responsibility

- Development of customers & work with influencers and drivers related to the Packaging Market in the respective regions (North & West)
- Build the team and build market share on volume basis.
- To Develop & expand their Geographical Area to increase PC Market share.
- Ensure strict compliance to all AN and local HSE standards.

Job requirements/Candidate profile

- Minimum experience: 5 + years of post-qualification, hands-on professional experience in B2B selling role/s.
- Education: Engg / Graduate in Chemical/Allied fields - Preferred, and a broad understanding of all aspects of business management
- Skills: Strong business & people skills with sensitivity to manage relationships at all levels within the Organisation and externally with customers and suppliers. Previous multi cultural exposure preferred
- Prior packaging coatings experience preferred.
