Responsibility

- Ensure end to end management of usage of CRM. 100% of the CROs & DSRs are using the CRM for reporting on daily basis
- Work closely with the sell out organisation to ensure contractors are active and growing as per defined norms (month on month purchases by the contractors)
- Work closely with regional capability team to train CSMs and MDOs as traners following TTT model to train CROs and DSRs
- Ensure ground level disciplined execution of all contractor related activities through sell out teams
- Providing feedback and inputs to RMM on contractors and sell out performance and take timely corrective actions
- Monitor key deliverables and ensure sell out hygiene in the region
- Provide accurate and timely field reports which allow the company to respond to market conditions that arise in the field. Reports are required regularly and on-time.
