Responsibility

To establish, implement process parameters for product to ensure good product quality.
To design, develop and launch new product to meet marketing demand and development.
To train operators to ensure operators are good knowledge and skilled on production.
To inspection/review production shift batch production to make sure all process principle are well implemented, leading and solving the normal process problem in daily operation.
To cooperate with other department to ensure all activities comply with HSE&S strategies and achieve company goal and KPIs.
To follow the global technology process to assess, design, carry out and accomplish all silica product related MOC to do process optimization.
To implementation/maintain the process safety program to assess and control HSE&S risks in process, and keep compliance with legal regulatory requirement.
To involve process design and review, commissioning and startup and process acceptation in project.
