Responsibility

For our SMU Specialty Coatings we are currently looking for a


SMU Key Account Manager (m/f)
 
Responsibility:
- Directs and leads the execution of agreed sales targets in defined area (Italy, Greece, Dubai)
- Top-line responsibility (volume, sales, and gross profit) for selected key accounts, incl. all commercial decisions
- Delivery of budget targets for selected key accounts
- Grow volume, value and gross profit for the selected key accounts and communication of action plans, progress and results
- Responsible to get paint systems and -solutions specified for selected key accounts as well as roll-out the “specification” approach
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the organization, people, needs and requirements of selected key-accounts
- Work closely with all business functions such as Marketing, Technical Service, Regional sales and, Supply Chain, to lead our value adding sales approach
- Identify and build multi-level, international relationships with the selected key accounts

Job requirements/Candidate profile

Job Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Economics, Sales or similar qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position in Marine industry
- Strong communication and networking skills as well as intercultural competencies
- Excellent command of English language both written and verbal, command of German is no must have
- Driving license
