Responsibility

1. Maintain local organization structure in the SaaS template; create modify or delimit organizational units, Business Area’s and positions;
2. Act as HR OM key user, analyse on OM queries and issues, proactively search for solutions in line with Global OM process guidelines
3. Responsible for cost centre set up in the country in the SaaS template; create, modify or delimit assignment of cost centre for the employees in the country;
4. Escalate/refer to global organization management specialist for changes above/ at country level.
5. Other OM related operation and analysis to support continuous improvement projects.

Job requirements/Candidate profile

- Bachelor’s degree or above,  major in HR related field preferred
- Five years above in HR fields in large multi-national company.   At least two years of experience with HR systems, data analysis, process improvement or related experience required
- Good verbal English, and good business English writing
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Understanding of HR IT Systems (preferably SAP) is also needed.
- Solid understanding of HR processes, functions, and data required
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, and project coordination skills
