Responsibility

- Ensure alignment of HR processes with business by engaging proactively with region business leaders and their respective team members.
- Responsible for manpower budgeting & tracking, and productivity tracking for the region.
- Work closely with business and provide HR solutions to ensure business delivery, like capability building, retention measures, engagement initiatives
- Responsible for Managing Employee Life Cycle Events proactively events like joining, induction, promotion, increments, exit etc for regional function.
- Talent Management in Sales- identify high performers and potential employees and create developmental plans & career paths for them
- To drive human resources practices and policies to ensure standardization and consistency in documentation & implementation of human resource practices and policies across the regions
- Drive performance management process as per process guidelines & timelines with the sales team.
- Create and sustain awareness of integrity and discipline. Execute disciplinary actions as required.
