Responsibility

- Work closely with sales team and support commercial controller in framing Distributor governance policies and SOPs
- Track distributor performance vs. commitment
- Ensure regular reviews of distributor performance with regional managers / regional commercial managers and support corrective action planning
- Finance lead to prime move SAP / software changes to strengthen controls in distributor management and bring better visibility of distributor performance
- Responsible for driving adherence of company policies / processes by the distributor through regular audits
- Audit of distributor payout and rebate payment and ensure that it's in line with agreement
- SAP / system master data management pertaining to distributor management
