Responsibility

- Manages and coordinates with Operations/contractors all contractor activities for routine or breakdown maintenance activities.
- Drives Site’s Preventive Maintenance (PM) program. Determines the content of the program, generates PM schedules, tracks and monitors progress to ensure on-time completion by the service providers/contractors.
- Schedules, organizes and manages annual shutdown maintenance.
- Maintains site maintenance records.
- Approves and controls the spare parts master list for the site.
- Organizes and implements small plant modification projects as assigned.
- Be involved, as designated by the Site Director, in a participative or leading role in site HSE&S efforts. This may include( not limited to) involvement in BBS, SAQ, safety committee, incident investigation, safety inspections, internal/local audits, risk assessment, hazard studies, contractor management and others as deemed necessary by the site management for the continual improvement of site HSE&S performance.
- Provides Monthly Maintenance Reports to Site Management.
- As the site-designated Site Responsible Engineer (SRE), works within the scope as defines in Standard 8 in Asset Integrity management. This includes (but not limited to) being primarily responsible for Critical Equipment List.
 
HSE&S Competencies:

- ·          Familiar with national safety laws, regulations, rules and polies.
- ·          Familiar with company HSE procedures and policies.
- ·          Organize and implement safety regulations, procedures and actions.
- ·          Emergency response.
- ·          Analyze hazardous on site.
- ·          Participate in regular safety production meetings, communicate company HSE regulations and other HSE issues.
- ·          Audit special work permit.
- ·          Familiar with work permit and LOTOTO procedure, capable of analysing hazardous in the Project.
- ·          Stop violations immediately.
- ·          Analyse root cause, organize accident investigation.
- ·          Be the model in terms of HSE complia nce.



Asset Integrity Responsibility and Capacity
- Set up container design, operational safety restrictions and appropriate hazard control. E.g. modify and reassess key equipment and its protection system, implement review procedure as part of M o C.
- Prepare preventive maintenance plan. All key equipment will be registered and inspected, its protection system tested regularly. Set up a system to identify overdue in inspection and testing. All inspection and other work should be documented.
- Implement formal review procedure for all modification or review for key equipment and tis protection system, as part of M o C.
- Responsible for key equipment maintenance and repair, check knowledge of employees, had experience of related training and working experience. Responsible for PM implementation and related work.

Job requirements/Candidate profile

- ·          University degree or above in relevant areas (Mechanical/electrical/Chemical Engineering or equivalent)                                                                     
- ·          Good management skills, safety drive, communicator and  team player.
- ·          Structured, analytical and practical. Proficient in plant maintenance management tools (SAP PM preferred) and systems (e.g. Total Productive Maintenance)
- ·          Good working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and other applicable management systems.
- ·          Good communication skills, fluency in English and ability to interact with all levels on site
- ·          Minimum 5 years in experience as plant maintenance manager, 10 years plant experience in chemical industry or in related areas.
- Good working knowledge of applicable legal and other company requirements on Asset Integrity
