Responsibility

Training:
Training
- Organizing and implementing EPS daily training to internal and external staff and customers.
- Drafting the regional annual training program, and supervis e the execution;
- Arranging the training resource;
- Managing the training cost and effect;
- Managing regional training centre, material and equipment;
- Updating the EPS SOP courseware;
- Compiling new courseware according to the business development;
 
Management:
- N ew materials, tools, Pro deco products test;
- EPS project site checking, offering evaluation report; provid ing guidance & improvement plan;
- Building p ainter’s training file & promotion system;
- Star Painter's evaluation & certification release;
- E – learning system  maintenance and courses creation;
- Organizing seminar and b est practices shar ing;
- Market competition information collection;

Job requirements/Candidate profile

- Above diploma

- Take the role of trainer at last 4 years,

- Result oriented with strong business sense, enjoy achievement, challenges, innovation, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
- Excellent leadership and open-minded, good communication skill especially on cross-functional team;

- Background of paints, construction is better
- Strong knowledge of process management
- Good English in reading and writing

- Good computer skill (Excel, Word, PPT etc.)
