·        Order processing
Receive sales quotations from Sales/Marketing Managers, then operate and create quotation/cntr for AP customers and sales order confirmation through SAP. By receiving confirmation from customers, process sales orders/ changes according to the established internal policies / procedures, send to customers the sales order/contract and/or customers’ purchase order and get the counter signed contracts and keep them filed by hard copy.  If new customer, maintain customer master.
AP region covers: Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Pakistan, Indonesia, Philippine, Vietnam, etc.
·        Make and Follow up internal documentation
Make and follow up internal documentation through SAP, send COA and SAP invoice and other documents if needed to customers.
·        Shipping and delivery coordination
Coordinate customers’ delivery requirements with transportation. Check out the supply availability from inventory planner and coordinate with logistics and transportation for delivery arrangement for the sales order and feed back to customers and Sales Managers accordingly. Follow up transportation and delivery situation. Communicate timely with customers on delivery status.
·        Customer complaints treatment
Work as the first contact for customer complaint, collect complaints materials and evidence to MTQS and the relative sales managers, take initiative and register in the improvement system for customer complaints. Inform customers the procedure and update the treatment.
·        Rebate and commission implement
According to sales/marketing manager’s instruction set up rebate or commission in order, and then follow, ensure the implement after customers pay off.
·        Sample order
Place sample order, arrange sample pickup from lab for domestic transportation or export.
·        Assist export and handbook business:
Arrange loading slot, booking vessel, documents present;
Handbook application, and process trading handling.

Job requirements/Candidate profile

·        University education in international trade or logistics;
·        Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in chemical logistics or related business; Knowledge of export and handbook trading is plus.
·        Good command of English is a pre requisite;
·        Self-start work attitude;
·        Working according to the business process, understanding each other and making the team’s job fluent.
·        Result oriented and customer focus, entrepreneurial spirit and a team player;
·        Experience with SAP
·        Safety awareness
