Responsibility

1. In charge of China sales order processing and make sure high efficiency of order fulfillment;
2. Sales order tracking and timely response customer on order changes/ lead-time/ delivery requirements and etc.;
3. Set-up and maintain customer master data in system and updates;
4. New Price/quotation applies and updates for ensuring order complete;
5. Coordinate with Finance for order release on blocks (credit, payment, etc.);
6. Coordinate with production planning for material availability to expedite shipments;
7. MTS/MTO review based on sales demand, inventory and realistic requirement;
8. Responsible for order OTIF and SLOB analysis based on KPI requirements;
9. Sales order filing according to the established procedures;
10. Other tasks assigned by department;

Job requirements/Candidate profile

1. At least College or above;  
2. 2+ years working experience in the field of customer service, order processing, logistics or planning;
3. Be Good at both written and oral English;
4. Hand-on experience of ERP system;
5. Strong communication skills with cross function team;
6. Responsible, open, active and result-oriented;
